Why Vanilla Rules the Soft Serve World?

Well, to begin with, be it little ones’ or teens; mid age or old age people the times we got to know about the term “ice-creams” since many decades, the very first flavour we would have tasted should definitely be Vanilla. Since vanilla flavour is a clichéd one among all the flavours, the one that is easily available in the stores. Eventually, many people tend to opt for vanilla, when they are tasting softies for the very first time.

The reason why vanilla tops the list or rather being people’s favourite is because of its simplest flavour (an easy by product of milk) without the much infusion of any other additions. More over, the preparation is very easy just with the blends of milk solids, sugar unlike any other flavoured ice-creams.

Keeping that aside, one of the recent trending or rather most of our folks go for is the Soft Serves than frozen ice-creams. How does the soft serve differ from ice-cream? Some distinct factors are that soft serves have got low calorific and cholesterol value whereas; these values are higher among the ice-creams. People who are health concerned would definitely pick soft serves as their favourites of its nutritious value. To that of its name “soft serve” it really drools in your mouth, it not only melts in your mouth but, your heart as well.

Queen of Soft serves” – this should invariably be crowned to Vanilla. It eventually takes the pride because it serves to be the base of every other rich and creamy flavour. Among hundred’s of flavours in the soft serve world right from syrups flavouring to real fruits, without the base of vanilla, nothing could be complete. Vanilla serves to be one inherent reasons, we are able to experiment some exotic and diversifying soft serve flavours now.

As these characters are the one’s the kids always fascinate about by licking the snowy white vanilla cone. Not only for kids, anyone who are excited about Walt Disney characters you are sure to be a fan of vanilla.

Lollipop vs Frozen Yogurt

Lollipop is sweet, Frozen yogurts are sweeter. The latest update from Google Android is the “lollipop” and up till now the version seems to run pretty good. The only thing the OS lacks is the sweet taste that Frozen Yogurt offers. That claim was practical, not based on the performance and the likeliness of the Operating System itself. Yes, thought the system upgrades are highly appreciative, the names have been going down.

By far the best of all the names that came into being, Froyo is the one to be chosen. Leave apart the fact that the delicious taste of frozen yogurt, there are various other factors that actually make frozen yogurt the best of all the versions of android that have been the released. (Insisting the point that “The Best” is just the original eatery and not the actual version of Android). Frozen Yogurts have been ruling the dessert section for quiet a long time and the only thing that has been stopping is the support from the traditional ice cream eaters. Well, Soft ServeAustralia is quiet content with both the markets is proud to say that we have been serving the best of both for almost six decades.

Soft serve machines

The delicious strawberry cream swirling on the crunchy cone, yeah! An appealing image, watering our mouths is exactly what runs through our mind. These may come out of the machine at the press of a button but the entire process the machine undergoes is quiet complicated. Soft serve vendors go through a lot while selecting a compatible machine. The classification of the machines is various and is based on many things.

The Australian based Soft Serve Giant, Frosty Boy, provides the entire continent of Australia and even the sub-continent of New Zealand with the requirements to produce Soft Serve. With a wide range of blends and accessories, Soft Serve Machines too are being sold by them. Providing the best of everything, they deliver machines from the two most reputed companies, Smach and Taylor.

The classifications made are as follows:

Number of Flavours:
The numbers of flavours are a major part played when selecting a machine and this definitely should not be over looked. Divided into two categories, single flavoured and double flavoured, these machines vary a lot within. Though the single flavoured Soft Serves are classics, the double flavoured machines are what the people prefer.

Fit Type:
This category plays a larger role when it comes to putting up a new Soft Serve Machine at a shop. Counter top machines are the ones that stand over a shelf and Stand-alone machines are the ones that are huge and are hard to move. These machines have the capacity to process a lot of mixture and hence are suitable for the stalls where customers are never ending.

Feeding type:
Similar to the other classifications, the feeding type too is classified into two sets. The Gravity fed and the pump fed is the two sets and this classification is based on the process of how the mixture reaches the cooling tubes and hence the name.

Power Supply:
Though many don’t see this as a major factor, it plays an important role in how the machineries are to be selected. Either the single phased or the three phased, power supply is something that runs a machine and huge machines tend to draw a larger amount when compared to the smaller ones. Hence, counter top machines consumes less power whereas the Stand-alone draws comparatively large energy.

These are the basic classifications which matter the most and Frosty Boy Australia has made sure that the requirement of every Entrepreneur and Vendors are met.

Harry Potter, Vanilla Ice Cream and You- The Similarity

If you fancy Vanilla Ice cream, you are half way similar to Daniel Radcliffe’s favourite dessert. Adding a layer of chocolate sauce to the Vanilla Ice Cream is what excites him as a sweet course. This could be something you can have in common with the mighty Harry Potter who defeated the evil lord Voldemort. When someone prefers vanilla, it doesn’t hit as a surprise. The fondness of it is quiet obvious, but once a celebrity says the same the value of the product seems rich.
What do you think, liking Vanilla conveys about you?
An Internet myth has been following around people, describing them on their characters, the way they judge, behave and respond. Since, this article is all about Daniel Radcliffe and his avatar as Harry Potter, the only flavour we lay our focus, is on the Mighty and old Vanilla.
People usually consider Vanilla boring, but the fact is that people who prefer Vanilla are Adventurous and exciting. The liking towards the flavour is just because of the emotional touch. That doesn’t make one weak, it just makes him/her more humane. The predictions of certain “Ice Cream Favarologists” describe vanilla desiring people as idealistic and communicative.

Let’s compare these facts with Harry Potter and see if these truly are legitimate.
1)      Adventurous – Let’s just keep this point as an obvious opinion. Describing Harry in one word would be Adventurous.
2)      Exciting – He’s definitely exciting. There is no way he survived 8 consecutive movies if wasn’t exciting.
3)      Emotional – Dudley Dursely may have been an evil cousin but Harry always made sure that he didn’t hurt his feelings and Harry did save him from the ‘Dementor’. Harry has also shed a lot of tears throughout the series and if that doesn’t prove his emotions, I don’t know what will.
4)      Idealistic – This definitely comes in the agenda. A principled commitment is what drove him till the Evil Lord fell.
5)      Communicative – It’s not just the name that made him what he was, his skills too had a hand in it and the spells did definitely have a part. His communicative skills were more than just good, for heavens, he spoke with snakes.

Vanilla may be Daniel Radcliffe’s favourite, but a part always says that it is Harry that made Daniel and not the other way around. So, if you have this aspect common with Harry consider yourself lucky and proud.

SOFT SERVE MACHINES – THE REAL CHEFS

Softies and Yogurts just don’t fall from the sky. The moment one asks for a soft serve, the vendor squeezes their desired flavour in a shape that just waters our mouth straightaway. The delicious designs which tower its way are nothing shorter than Art. The machineries that produce our desired flavours are an innovation one must celebrate.

Machines that stand alone, ones that fit on a slab, ones that give out just a single flavour and the ones that give us multiple flavours, all come into the agenda of soft serve making. But deciding the apt machine for the right use depends on various other factors.

The basic selection of such machines is based on the mixture reaching the freezing cylinder. The two different types that come into this category are the Gravity machines and the Pump machines. Like the name describes, the machines commute the mixture poured into it through either the gravitational pull or via pump.

Though all the  Soft Serve machineries produce the same results, the quality it depends on is of greater importance. Vendors and food chains, which provide the world with such delicious treats, rely on machines that guarantee excellence. There are dozens of companies that provide these vendors with their requirements.
The other factors based on which the machineries are classified are,
  1. Floor Space Occupancy
Size matters! Dimensions of the surrounding a machine occupies, varies vastly. But the two most relatable sizes are the Counter-top version and the Floor version.
The Floor version eats up a larger space whereas the Counter-top version picks up a relatively smaller space. The capacity of mixture it carries is the major difference between those two. Smaller the size the lesser mixture it carries.
  1. Power Consumption.
The bigger the size the higher power it consumes. So, it’s a safe bet to say that the Counter-top versions consume less power when compared to the Floor version. But the required power supply is usually the same for all machines. Either 220 volts or 115 volts are used by majority of the machines. Nevertheless, the power outlet requires an upgrade from the normal domestic supply.

Let aside the machinery specifications, a large part of the food chains rely on a brand that has a strong name in the field of Soft-serves. Rave reviews over various brands have made and companies such as Taylor, Stoelting, Forte, Donper, Spaceman, Smach and many more join the list. Soft serves being a global phenomenon, the machine makers too are camped at every corner. The price range doesn’t matter to the huge chains who serve, the only thing that matters is the final product’s quality and that’s what keeps the soft serves trending.
